Superticket.gr is a community platform designed to connect sports fans. Its primary purpose is to facilitate the giveaway (with or without a symbolic fee not exceeding face value) or exchange of season or single game tickets among fans when they cannot attend a match. It is NOT a marketplace for reselling tickets for profit.

You are strictly prohibited from using the platform for the following activities:

• Selling or offering tickets for a price higher than their original face value (scalping).
• Any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or violating ticketing laws.
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, or threatening other users.
• Posting false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including fake ticket ads.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Superticket.gr acts as an intermediary to connect you, but does not participate in any transaction, communication, or exchange of tickets. We recommend exercising due diligence and caution when interacting with others.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any content or ad that, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. This includes ads that appear to be for profit-making purposes.

The platform is provided 'as is'. Superticket.gr does not guarantee the authenticity of any ticket, the trustworthiness of any user, or the success of any transaction. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our service.
