Subscription Terms

• Monthly Key: Provides full access to the platform's features, such as viewing contact information, with monthly renewal.
• 9-Month Key: Provides the same features as the monthly plan but is prepaid for a period of nine (9) months, offering a discount compared to the corresponding monthly charge.

The benefits of the 'Key' are subject to change, but the core purpose of facilitating communication will remain.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or 9-monthly) unless canceled.
• Payment Method: You are responsible for providing valid and up-to-date payment information through our secure provider, Stripe.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically attempt to charge your card again according to its 'Smart Retries' policy. During this period, your subscription status will be 'past_due' and your access to premium features will be suspended. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

From time to time, we may offer promotional deals or free trial periods (e.g., '1st Month Free').

• These offers are typically valid only for new users who have never had an active subscription before.
• After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the regular price of the selected plan, unless canceled beforehand.
• We reserve the right to revoke or modify any promotion at any time.

• Cancellation by User: You can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time from the 'My Keys' page in your profile. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current, already paid, billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial use of the subscription period.
• Termination by Superticket: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to the platform, without notice and without a refund, for any violation of the Terms of Use, such as attempting to resell tickets for profit (scalping) or other prohibited activities.

• Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any changes will apply from the next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.
• Limitation of Liability: Superticket.gr is not liable for any financial loss or damages that may arise from failed transactions, billing errors by the payment provider, or the inability to access premium features due to a failed payment.
• Availability of Listings: The availability of listings depends entirely on user contributions. A subscription ('Key') grants access to view details of available listings but does not guarantee that any specific number of listings will be available at any given time. Superticket.gr is not responsible and offers no refunds if a user with an active subscription does not find any available listings.
